    Also just realized there is a sticker on the box missing. I tried to register the product and Asus's website says the Serial Number is labeled on a sticker on the exterior of the box...my box does not have that sticker. It does however have a glue covered square where a sticker was removed.

    I was just complaining. :) I tried the 1 dimm trick...tried it with QVL'd memory for the board... Its stuck on DET DRAM Didn't try the CMOS battery trick. Verified with Asus that my "brand new board" has a BIOS from like Dec '06 Asus tech support seems to think the board is bad...
