Why is everyone saying Lifetime warranty is so good. If you overclock your card doesn't that put you out of warranty?

I did some homework and did you guys know that 3D Fuzion and BFG are the same company. I have never had a problem with Tiger getting me my rebate back. Tiger's customer service is great. I have bought from Newegg and Zipzoomfly and only had problems.
