    WAIT. I am mistakened. After the ATI driver reinstallation, the problem was fixed but when I re-ran that game I was testing, the problem reappeared.

    Thanks for the reply. I've been using this same video card but a different monitor for over a year now and it never had a problem. The monitor was a CRT. I have never overclocked anything.     OK. I know that Intel motherboards disable modification in fsb from the bios. So I was searching the net for a solution and i found one that came close... Does CpuCool or CpuFSB work for my mobo? I have a Intel D915PBL motherboard btw. any other solution you can think of is welcome.

    Thanks for the reply. I tried your suggestion. It doesn't work still. I did notice that the monitor light (orange when idle and green when detects signal) flashed green at bootup and a second later, back to orange. I saw nothing on screen whatsoever. That still doesn't fix the motherboard...
