OK. I know that Intel motherboards disable modification in fsb from the bios. So I was searching the net for a solution and i found one that came close...
Does CpuCool or CpuFSB work for my mobo?
I have a Intel D915PBL motherboard btw.
any other solution you can think of is welcome.

I can't see your mobo listed in CPUFSB, so it won't be in CPUCool either. You could try find you PLL and see if that is listed, or try a very similar PLL, but if not, go for Clockgen.

well... Clockgen doesn't have my motherboard on it's list either.

If anyone has experience or know of another solution, replying would help greatly. :D

Thanks in advance.
