So after browsing google, ati, and hardforum a bit without finding a definite answer, I'm here to get an answer.

What is the best drivers for a 'VisionTek xtasy x850xt pe 256mb pci-e' card?
 
What ever the latest drivers are. I havnt seen newer drivers crappier than older drivers from ATI for a while now.
