I see DSE on mine, but it's not driving me crazy (it annoys me knowing it's there, and how expensive the monitor was). I feel like if I pay close enough attention to anything I'll find imperfections. I remember back in the day when I purchased my first large screen 1080P TV. Sharp Aquos... and...
Same, pretty disappointed that they say they will automatically cancel the order if it doesn't ship by sept 3rd. Meanwhile, they still are letting people place backorders...
I think this is pretty easy to prove:
Why buy the NEO over the 1st gen G9 which is over $1000 cheaper? For the HDR rating, and FALD.
So if they NEO didn't have those features chances are you wouldn't spend $1000+ more for the new model vs the 1st gen version. So if the features don't work...
I ordered one at launch through best buy. So no worries cancelling my preorder when I can just box it up and drop it off at a local best buy to return if need be. I was really looking forward to it after the initial "reviews", but if all these headaches exist at the time I get mine I'll likely...
It's still not a problem with the case; it's just an inherit issue with sandwich type cases in general. You could also say the same thing for most other SFF cases - tiny spaces, and lack of airflow. There's pros and cons to SFF; the biggest con being cooling restrictions. They aren't for everyone.
Not a fan of the front baffle for the front fans. I'd rather a proper grill that doesn't restrict fan airflow.
I was actually gonna build a system out of extruded beams w/ 2x 120 fans in the front because good air flow is important for SFF cases with high-end hardware.... then I just ordered a...
I fixed the link. Copy and pasted wrong one.
The part number that I googled after delivery was k4a8g085wb-bcpb, but I'd want to verify it. I can't take a picture of them now, as I just put everything together last night. But the next time I take it apart I'll take a pictures. That might be...
I just got these: https://enoch.systems/en/p/components/memory/m4ui-8gs1vc0k-c.html
Took a couple of weeks to get, but worth it.
Here they are with an Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac and Noctua NH-L12 (had to mod the cpu voltage regulator heatsink to fin the 120x25mm fan)...
Anyone know if the pump on the alphacool gpu coolers can drive a separate cpu block (not one with it's own pump)?
I'm wondering if this would work well in an ncase m1, and similar small sff cases.
I also started to re-play the Witcher 3 over the weekend, and also noticed the weird random flashes of light. you can see it often in the tavern of the beginning part of the story, where you follow the other guy to the town, and then the tavern. The spot were I saw it often was by the table that...
I had them in my cart today, but left them there. These blocks are becoming too expensive to replace every couple years. $200 w/ backplate, plus tax and shipping... I'll wait until I get my 2080 TI, to decide if it's keeper before deciding on aftermarket cooling.
