    the only problem i see is that the G3 only has usb 1.1 (11mbps), so that is going to bottleneck the 108mbps of the usb adaptor, which is designed for usb 2.0 (480mbps). it will still work, but it would be about the same speed as an 802.11b wireless card. personally i would find a pcmcia card...

    i parted out the same computer i bought from someone at school for 100$. for an idea of prices... Airport card (non extreme) ~ $100-120 Combo Drive ~ $80 RAM...list it on ebay as apple ram, you'd be surprised how many people wouldn't know its the same as PC RAM...i got $70 for a 512 stick...

    i uninstalled/reinstalled drivers etc...they load fine. the card has no problem starting when i boot up with init display on PCI...only problem is i think it only runs at like 256 colours er sumthin...windows logo is all blue and stuff. it shows the mobo splash fine tho

    the kind with 2 round ends works also...but it would be better if you got the right one since the plug on them is polarized (one prong wider than the other so it fits in teh socket 1 way only). you can get them at like any dollar store/junk store/radioshack...radioshack will be worst quality...

If you use an ordinary compressor they have a piston to compress the air which needs oil...this oil gets into the air and we all know that...
