BillR,
Thanks for the link. That seems like the right idea, but definitely pricier than I was expecting.
spaceman,
What other information do you need? I now have a desktop PC (Asus motherboard) and standard stereo speakers (actively powered with XLR and RCA inputs). Why wireless? Because I...
Hello,
I need to run my speakers on my home PC wirelessly, and I do not like how bluetooth works at all for this. Is there another product/method that you guys to recommend?
Thanks! :)
alygen, that's good to hear. Do you think you could post your settings? (bios, I mean). If you're having good stable results, maybe I'll try the same with the GENE.
alygen, I am going to just make the assumption that, in terms of stability, the Plus is comparable to the Genie... Have you experienced any sort of finicky-ness or tweaky config issues at all? My last Asus board was very touchy/iffy, so I am wary.
No one?
I have gotten some conflicting information, both from online sources and from the manufacturer reps themselves (one said it wasn't likely possible, one said it should be no problem).
The mobo is an Asus ROG Maximus VIII Gene, i5-6600K, XFX P1-650X-CAH9 650W ATX PSU.
Any thoughts?
No, that is the case to use.
Right now, I'm looking at the Cooler Master GeminII M4, ZALMAN CNPS8900, or the NT06-PRO by SilverStone.
What do you think??
:)
Araxie,
Thanks for the heads up, just as i'm writing this, I'm an coincidentally chatting with an E-MINI rep. Some things are obviously lost in translation, but he seems to think the Scythe would work in that case. Is he indeed def wrong? You think its too big?
Thanks defaultluser. That Scythe does seem pretty nice. Do you think it would fit in this case?

Hello,
Is there any way that this processor (specifically the BX80662I56600K) can be passively cooled?
(assuming smallish case with only the basics on the motherboard: SSD, memory, and obviously the CPU -- no video card nor audio (both onboard).
Hello,
The E-MINI E-D5S (A-D5S) says it takes a 120mm fan (on the top of the case). Is it possible to use a 120mm CLC with this case? If not, what would be needed in order to do so?
