Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Thank you, I will. A brief look makes me believe it could be something here!

A hotel - pretty standard, small with 87 rooms and opening in August next year. (Not open but still makes a good earning due to being partially government funded)

Hello
I'm running five small companies, somewhat spread out geographically and up until now everything has been going quite well (establised early 2014 and I'm now starting to see a steady income in all companies). The idea is that sometimes in the early 2016 these companies will do some...
Hello
Just bought a Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter and plugged it into my projector
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/sv-se/p/wireless-display-adapter
Connected with my phone, Lumia 1520, without a hitch so it works as it should.
However, I have three more computers that just won't...
I definitely need a laid or ten rather soon...
Anyways, going with a keyboard and a more standard HTPC is the easy way out I guess. I would like to get away with the long HDMI cable to the projector, thats the main reason for all this. Second is the way to control it.
I'm not familiar with...
Hello
I'm moving in two weeks and have plans for rebuilding my HTPC. What I would really love is to have, much like Stargate Atlantis, a tablet that serves as base for what is shown on the large screens. My solution for this currently is Microsoft Surface Pro 3 but I can also wait for Pro 4...
Just wanted to update incase someone else runs into the same problem:
Apparantly there is an issue with Windows 8.1 (and Windows 10) and the network card called "Killer E2200 Gigabit" which comes with several motherboards.
The issue is that all data that has been recieved will, for unknown...
I've done the upgrade on two out of six computers in my home. Two will not have Windows 10 due to lack of support for very specific hardware - the last two, well I'm not sure. Windows 10 feels fresh but its rather a Windows 8.2 than a full new OS if you ask me.
Im guessing now but I think...
Thanks for the quick reply!
I agree, its probably a driver or something similar causing all the trouble. I'll do a clean installation tomorrow and see what happens!
But as far as I can tell, nothing monumental in Windows memory management has changed (like the change from XP to Vista)?
Thanks...
Hello
Upgraded to Windows 10 couple of days ago and basically I'm now running out of memory. Before the upgrade (from Windows 8.1) the common memory usage at idle was around 3,0gb, with 12-13gb available ram and about the same in cached.
At boot there is usually 1,5-2gb used. After a few...
I understand that, so thats explains the why. Now its just the how :)
I don't mind the game using a lot of resources - as I see it, it is supposed to be used - but what I wonder is how is it possible that a 32bit application can use this amount of memory without crashing? Because the game is...
Have no idea to be honest, it just does. One of those small yellow triangels with an exclamation mark. Problem is, beside the tabbing of windows, that the system becomes so slow during this expansion. Think of software raid5 and ten users.... :D
It doesn't exactly crash the game but it tabs out to desktop to let me know Windows has to increase the pagefile and Skyrim is not exactly friendly when it comes to switching windows so most of the time it won't allow me to tab back in again.
Hello
Before I start Id like to make sure this thread doesn't become some sort of flame war or heated discussion about the pagefile/swapfile, the use of it or if it even should exist or not :D
My system is fairly good, an Intel i7 4771 model, 16gb ram, SSD, dual Radeon R9 290X in...
