    Lanparty Ultra-D to receiver.

    Hi, I have a question. I have a DFI Lanparty Ultra-D. The specs say that I have a S/PDIF-in/out interface. I'm not 100% sure as to what S/PDIF is, but would I just need a mini to optical/coax? Would that diminish the quality of the sound at all? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
