I understand, but no he's not going to find an internal sound card with a dac as nice and clear as even a cheap external. Plus, the portability factor of the E07k put it over the top versus an internal solution.

I second the Fiio E07k + E09k combo, and the monoprice version is cheaper as it doesn't have the built in dock. I'd choose the Fiio over the copy.

I hope it's better quality than the rest of Fossil's lineup..

Yep. I use my phone to control the six Chromecasts using plex and as a remote for my media server.

How is the audio quality? I'd like to use one of these as a dedicated music source.

USB Dac > Internal Sound Card > On Board audio I tried the STX (and several others), and I couldn't honestly say they sounded as good (to me, so take that with a grain of salt) as the USB dac combo.

Facetime isn't worth dealing with Apples mediocre hardware or locked down eco-system...

So my contract is up this month, and I am looking at the Icon on Verizon, anyone else have one, and what are your experiences with this phone? Or, any WP8 users chime in. Thanks.
