On May 14 I sold MyNameIsAlex an i7-5820K, Asus X99-A motherboard combo that was in pristine, fully functioning condition. I notice this evening that he has filed a Paypal dispute claiming that one of the ram slots isn't functioning. Mind you he does this without ever first contacting me here to discuss whatever perceived problem. This all smells of a scam return and I've expressed such with Paypal. He responds that I'll be forced to refund once he returns the items and threatens to open a thread here to try and discredit me. I've been a member here since 2009 and have a perfect 242-0-0 Heatware record. He just joined here in March 2019. I'm outraged that this guy can so easily file this claim to in all likelihood cost me $250 and the loss of a truly nice Cpu, mobo combo.
