How in the world does anyone fall for this any more? Seriously, this lame scam has been a favorite on eBay for over a decade. Yes, there is a picture of the guy.

Serious question. Why do "teenagers" nowadays all look like they're over 30 and shit?
He's 19 and has a 4 year old son.
Do we really need to ask how he fell for this scam? This guy is going to be falling for stuff like this for probably the next 20 years, and then again in the last 10 years of his life. This is the type of person who should not be allowed to procreate.
A fool and his money are soon parted. eBay should not be held responsible for this guy's stupidity.
Item specifics
Condition:
New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable). If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. See the seller's listing for full details.
Seller is a dipshit and should be charged for fraud.
This is the type of person who should not be allowed to procreate.
Let's not revisit eugenics. It didn't go well last time around.
I dunno, scammer trying to scam manages to make someone fall for it. While yeah the word photo was in the title it was "Xbox One Fifa Day One Edition, Photo Brand New UK 2013"
that comma in there makes a big difference as to ambiguity of what was for sale.
Although reading the feedback on the guy it appears he did refund the guys money, maybe he just did it for shits and giggles. Although eBay still gets it's fees from him.
Why put your photo for the world to see.. I'd be embarrassed. A person I used to work with had gorilla crap sent to his house because someone hated him enough to pay $40 to have it sent. His wife was pissed and had interviews with the news station. Again, I would of kept it to myself.
He said: "It said 'photo' and I was in two minds, but I looked at the description and the fact it was in the right category made me think it was genuine.
"I looked at the seller's feedback and there was nothing negative. I bought it there and then because I thought it was a good deal.
It said it was a photo, he read that it said that it was a photo, and he bought it anyway. He's an idiot.
Here is the real issues. Ebay will continue to let this guy and others scam folks. Nothing will be done but the refund. Ebay makes money no matter what happens or what is being sold. They got it so good the hit you with two charges, one for Ebay and then one for Paypal.
Sadly you can't even click the link or read the thread to find out this guy is from the UK and seller is UK.This is what is sad about most americans is they are just use credit cards and create more debt they will never pay. I am one of only all I know that actually own my home, cars, computers etc with no credit debt. Sadly america is going to be shut down soon by china and russia etc.
