I'm a Norn and I've been playing in the Human/Charr/Norn zones and I swear I see like ZERO Sylvari and very few Asura (this is in the 15-25 zones).
 
im like level 8 lol..i bought a house just moved in last week been unpacking, working on the house and what not its a big undertaking. I went from a small Condo to a 3bed ,3 bath, 2 car garage house on 1.3 Acres. I got my hands full lol still havent got around to working on my damn race car either.

Pretty funny stats. I'm a Norn Guardian (I picked Norn because they are massive) and I see MOSTLY Norn Guardians or Warriors for sure. I like leveling in the Human zones because I'm so easy to point out as the big badass tank because I'm 2x as tall and wide as everyone else :)

Perhaps my first alt should be a Charr Mesmer so I'm the least played race/class combo. :-P

im level 21 and i must say this game has me feelin like a junkie. the only problem is the issues with my 670 which is still just driving me insane.

I've been getting a ton of the password change requests... but the Security page on my account has only shown my work and home IPs, so I'm not worried yet. I'm sure I'll have to change it at some point... but for the love of gods, I have too many passwords to remember as it is.

Yes. I had one this morning at 6am and one an hour ago. My account seems alright as they would have to get at my email to set the password. It's a little dis-concerning though. How complicated/long can you make the passwords?

You know how I was complaining that I got no Black Lion Keys?

Well when I finished up my personal quest in Caledon I got 1.

I had around 8 chests. Well I used the key to open the chest.......and got another key, then I opened another chest....and got another key, and another, and another.

I now have 0 black lion chests LOL.

Is it supposed to be like that or did I just get lucky? I didn't really get any amazing loot from them, mostly cosmetic "change into an animal" potions and some xp/etc type of boosts.

I got a broken / expired link webpage when I tried to activate my email last night.

Twice. It never gave a confirmation. I guess I should make a superlong complicated password

You got lucky. The BL chests have a chance to contain a key, but it's not 100%. I got 3 in a row last night and thought I had gotten lucky lol. Anyway, yeah, the loot in the chests for me has always been the cheap stuff that you can get on the gem store (various boosts, animal potions, mystic coins, etc). I think that's all you're ever going to get with those.

You hit the "Y" button, and a friends list comes up. You then can search for/add people.

So people are making characters soley based on starting location and what they think "fits" with their chosen profession?

No Will of the Forsaken or Escape Artist type stuff? (wow racial abilities)

I can't get my email activation to work either.
 
Anyone playing on the EU Underworld server? Is there any good guild there - friendly to on and off players.. ?
 
Use a new email and pw for the game. They are probably just data mining GW2 websites and trying the info. Seriously have never had a problem with this.

Three times so far. ArenaNet is like "don't worry about it", but I don't really like the idea that someone is trying repeatedly to reset my password.

I have no idea where they could have gotten my e-mail aside from any of the official GW sites, either. :(

This happened to me actually before I purchased GW2. It just so happened Monday when I got back from vacation and checked my email it said someone tried to reset your guild wars password. I bought the game Tuesday morning.
 
I'm wondering, do they change what worlds are vs what worlds?

When the game started in the headstart we were against Sea of Sorrows. Then I noticed it was changed to different worlds the day after that. However it's been the same since.

They need to match up worlds with similar pops or something because the sheer domination is a bit.....well LOL.

Apparently our server must be a bit more PvE oriented at this point in time, LOL.

PS - Sea of Sorrows totally sounds like a name for a PvP server. Sea of Sorrows filled with the tears of those they have ganked.

WvWvW will eventually settle into a 2 week cycle. Initially, they will cycle the servers more quickly and establish ratings for each server based on well they do. Going forward, the 2 week long matches will hopefully be more balanced based on this.
