Battlefield 3 - $32.99 (Last Chance to Pre-order!)

Thanks, I had a 25% birthday code from Origin but it expired :(. I am a happy panda.

so when does this "last chance" ends? (I cant browse the links at work)

I purchased it and I'm almost done pre-loading BF3 from Origin

Is this place Legit?

Usually sites like this buy overseas keys at a huge discount and resell them for a profit. The keys are routinely banned by Steam. I have no idea how EA feels about this practice, you could have a working key forever or it could get banned at some point.

This -----------^ untouchable is right for the most part.

The keys (and companies who run these "cdkey" websites) ARE NEVER in America or any legit country. It's usually China based, or Russian based.

No thanks, my $$$ stays in America when it can (for legit and reputable products, even if it costs a few bucks more)

And i have seen a website recently with BF3 at $17.99 per key.... I cared not to share it [H]ere, for the same reasons I mentioned already. Go america, or go home. :D

Thanks for shedding light on this. I assumed it was risk-free.

I just do not trust these sites. I got burned twice by one of them before.

what these companies do is something called free trade.

maybe you disagree with the market economy. maybe you're like some of these companies that try to have laws made to help them and hurt everyone else. but selling stuff on the internet is not illegal yet. not yet.

I wouldn't buy from these sites yet until I see if people get hit with the banhammer by EA. but that is all we're talking about here. we're not talking about legality. if anything it should be illegal for companies to ban people for buying things, but that is a topic for another day.

How do I get the discount for "Liking" them?

go to their facebook page and on the left click on coupon code. I think it only shows up if you like one of their posts. Didn't show up for me until I liked atleast one post.

You get the code, I will post the code here but I think they deserve a like for the code.

I got my cd key instantly after placing order and I am downloading it via Origin now.

Buy American.

I could never understand why people who have no problem buying $300+ video cards need to save a few bucks by buying Russian cd keys.

Way to support you hobby!

My apologies for the threadcrap and mistakenly attributing the game to an American developer.

In for one.. waited till last minute. Never received bday coupon from origin :( so better deal than payin full price.

And like zero82z said, dice is not based in america. So plz threadcrap elsewhere.

BF3 keys are NOT regional. They are global. So the likely hood that they will get banned is minimal. I have purchased several keys like this from cd key vendors, none have yet to get flagged.

I primarily purchase from cjs keys and g 2 play, I think cdkeysdiscount is a middle eastern outfit. Not too sure that I'm comfortable with supporting them. I think cjs is from the uk.

is it possible for someone else to register your key after you already used it on your account? Thats my biggest concern, someone hacking one of these sites and releasing the keys .

Well you see I can no longer efficiently farm bitcoins with my $300 video card to support my video game habit :D

I'm in for one. Thought I was gonna be too late for a deal.

On a side note, the ridiculous Jingoism in this thread needs to stop!

CJS' key generator ran out of keys, somehow they lost my order, and noone has responded to my emails. I still have no key. Order placed on the 9th. They have till tomorrow to reply, I'm doing a chargeback if they dont.

LOL, maybe if you buy a key that says it is Russian and needs to be activate through VPN, MAYBE there is a tiny chance steam bans it, but these sites list the keys that are out of region.

Other than that, I guarantee this "routine" process you speak of has not happened once.

So you can't activate this on steam? I don't have origin, and would prefer not to have another game client.

And maybe you should just shut the fuck up because you obviously don't know what you are talking about.

I think he does know what he's talking about. That article linked is 2 years old and I know people and I personally have some Eastern European keys on my steam account. Only one got banned and that is because the Latvian gentleman who I received my key from had activated a lot of keys from the same IP and steam got suspicious. It's really only situations like that or where a user doesn't use a VPN or doesn't ask the cdkey store to activate the game for them when steam steps in and revokes the game.

origin is required to play battlefield 3
so if it was on steam
you would have to launch steam -> launch bf3 -> launch origin

pass. Jesus Christ people calm down it's not like they have a limited number of copies of BF3 in the world. It'll be $25 and under in a few weeks.
