6.5 gig Prosser For Sale

I see dumb ads like this all the time in craigslist.

Example.

Moron kids bills $3000 PC with his parents money.
puts a 980x and 580SLI in the setup then puts the title ulimate gaming machine.

? ya cause games can use 6 cores?

2 months later.

My parents are forcing me to sell my machine to pay for school.

a. Kid with too much money that just knows how to slap together the most expensive parts together and call it day.

b. Parents are morons for giving him the money to begin with.

c. Good laugh for me as i'm sipping on my beer reading the dumb post while looking for deals.
 
somehow the pic of this computer reminds me of the pics Steve sometimes posts of filthy computers. oh boy, I wonder how it looks inside...
 
You guys have evidently never taken "How To Interpret Drivel From Computer Illiterates 101".

"6.5 gig prosser" = 6.5GB Hard Drive.

"32 gig modem" = 32GB external USB Hard Drive.

I have had to deal with crap like this for years. :mad:
 
Idiots on ebay market their computers like this. It's not hard to go on there and find a "10Ghz" quadcore.
 
I'm getting a 100 gig modem soon. I wonder if this computer can handle it, it only has a 32 gig modem...
 
6.5ghz Prosser? That must be Intel's ES processor's secret core with 4 stories high of layered HT. I have no idea of its heat issues but since someone in this thread mentioned Kryptonite, it must be some superPC.

For $200? I'm in for TWO!
 
Man...and I thought my 4.3 "gig prosser" was pretty fast. Come on guys....this dude had us all beat 11 years ago and he did it without LN2 or DICE! :-P Oh and that sweet OC'ed Modem...man......
 
I was worried there, for a second I thought "prosser" was some actual term used and thought I might have found a computer term that sounds worse than "lappy"

Or the more likely scenario: He's one of the 99% of Americans completely oblivious to anything and everything that isn't reality TV and fast food.
 
This is typical of the whole computer listing pages of Craigslist. A bunch of scammers trying to get someone to pay too much for a pile of crap. I haven't seen one listing yet that was worth a response.
