Top 200! First page, at the bottom, but first page!
If my new boxens get up and going within a week I hope to be in the top 100 by the end of the year! Maybe top 50!! :)
What is the average PPD on a 9800GX2? I'm thinking 10k to 14k? Am I close?

Just hit 2 million myself this morning! The second million sure came quicker than the first, even though my output is mostly the same as then. I remember looking at the rankings only a few months ago thinking that by the time I hit 2,000,000 I would be in the top 200 but man that goal has been elusive.



 
Will hit 1,000,000 in a couple hours, already showing on the F@H stats page, just hasn't updated to ours yet :D

Say, does anyone know how to (or have a link to) do folding on more than one GPU in the same machine?

My GTS250 is currently folding with the GPU2 client, but I'd like to also use my 9600GT to fold as well.

Also, which card do you guys think would be better to fold with: a 9600GT 512MB GDDR3 or an 8800GTS 320MB GDDR3?

1. It's in the guide listed in the guides thread at the top of the subforum.

2. Using the 9600GT in the same system as your GTS250 will reduce your points output. Not worth it.

3. The GTS would be better.
 
"1 Million Points" (say it with the Dr. Evil accent) today.

Fortunately, or unfortunately (depending on how you look at it) I am folding for the Calguns Team #164322 as my main team.

I owe a chunk of my knowledge to the people of [H]ard|OCP. Thanks!

Congrats on hitting a sweet milestone Vectrexer! :D Shame you aren't folding for the [H]orde, maybe you can swing over one of these days and help us stay ahead of EVGA.

Nice concept you've got going there with your "Folding Bounty" as well. Never seen anyone handing out free ammo for keeping the lead like that. Awesome incentive!

I finally made a deadline!!! W00T! (300 ish points...). <-- used to always miss it
By the way, the 8500GT makes a hard 660PPD.... I'll just wait till my newer hardware comes in (about... tomorrow!).
 
I'm looking forward to that pimp hat.

It will be an achievement. Not quite on the same level as my anchors, but a milestone none the less.
 
yeah, actually, I finally made the top 1000....in team 45104

my 100 or so PPD isn't going to keep EVGA off so I fold where I can actually climb

i7 rig this winter...then team 33, I promise

Nearly 10k PPD is hardly "a bit". It's quite a nice amount of PPD, and you should be proud of your contribution :). You'll be hitting a million before you know it.
