Just for fun thread here...try it out. :D

for me it's 4,957,023 points/33,415 WU = 148.347 PPWU
I bet some are far higher and a few old timers are quite a bit lower since I was away for a few years and my PPWU is skewed a bit toward more new WUs.

What's yours?

To make it a bit more fun....what's the slowest rig you can remember folding on?
I can't remember anything slower than a P1 in f@h1....but I could be senile. ;)

PPW= 668.3

Dam keyboard has stopped workig(a cople of keys stopped workig, wtf)
ayways old stats at staford show my first stit
at foldig. 56W for a total of 56 poits
edit: fod origial stats from 2002, with a diff team at the time:(

Stop spilling stuff on the keyboard, and it won't quit working. I'm using a 1990 model IBM "clicky" keyboard with the buckling spring contacts. It's like the energizer bunny, it keeps going and going ... Their stats page is broken like it often is with the update whatever crap so I can't figure mine out at the moment.

309.65PPWU

79,814 pts 278 WUs

average 287 pts per WU. This is all since July 3 this year.

1003.9 PPWU

My slowest rig I remember running F@H is a P3-866 firewall box.

During my RC5 days, the slowest box is a P2-266 MHz ;) Too bad I didn't know about F@H until 2005.

Slowest? How about a duron 850:p;)

Before your time:D

My friend still runs a duallie Duron I retired from folding (remember SMP modding durons and XPs?)

But those were beasts compared to the dozens of slot 1 celeron 333s I shipped all over the planet to [H] DCers. I know we did a lot of folding on P1s, IIRC I OCed a P1 that vaporized blasting off the HS and dented a case when the Peltier died.

617.18 PPWU The only reason it's this high is because of the SMP client and I didn't really have much in the way of production until around the time the SMP client came about.

The slowest I ever used for any type of DC project was a P100. It was overclocked to 133 of course. I still have the motherboard and processor sitting around here somewhere.

The slowest I ever used for F@H was a dually PII 266 machine. I had the motherboard and CPUs sitting at my friend's house and during a "cleanup" he ended up throwing them out. Let's just say he got one hell of an earful after I found out about it.

PPWU = 1036.7906
Mostly SMP units until this week. It's on a downward trend since I brought up the 8800gt (more WU, less points each).

373.39 PPWU. All those bonus ambers on the console clients and the PS3 units are still quite small.

The slowest box I that I folded on is a 544MHz Celeron, and its still folding. A close second to that was my old dual PIII 550MHz that turned its last WU a couple months ago.

216

13,232,146 Points, 40,922 Work-Units = 323 Points per Work-Unit.

The slowest I've folded on was a dual 1.5 Ghz AMD MP box.

Luck ............ :D

722 PPWU
My slowest folding rig (I still use) belongs to my wife. It is a busty old Dell notebook with a 1.66GHz T2300. It's like watching the grass grow as it struggles with those SMPs. It takes it a little over 3 days to do a p2665.

119,532points / 349WU = 343ppwu I have got to get me some more GPU's....

Slowest folding rig was probably a AMD XP 1200.... no wonder I gave up at first.

First rig was the Motorola 68000@8mhz that I modded to 12MHZ. Man that was fast then..

3,566,932pts / 6,555wu = 544.2 PPWU

Used to be a much lower ratio, but multiple SMP and GPU clients more recently poured in the points.

526.72 PPWU. Slowest rig was/is an AthlonXP 2600+ Barton unlocked @2.3 on an Abit NF7s. That Athlon and Abit combo still produces. Just not much... :D

My slowest rig is a toss up....either an Athlon XP 2600+ or the P4 1.8 that i'm folding on now. Could go either way based on the WU.

As for PPWU, mine is 580.133 roughly. would be much lower, but the ~500 point WUs on the video lately have been keeping it from dropping much.

4,249,057 Pts / 31,528 WUs = 134.77 PPWU

Slowest CPU? I can't really remember...but there were a few boxen that
needed to run timeless WUs. I remember when those WUs were discontinued
that it was over a week before they finished, and they were folding 24/7.

All boxen (except the PS3) are running the standard console client.

Fold on!

613.828 PPWU for me. Slowest rig, don't remember for sure but I still have a P3 866 box folding away somewhere around here in my shop.

No clue what mine is so I'm posting to get my badge and will edit with the calc:

839 PPWU... that is probably going to continue to drop as my GPUs are cranking them out fast and furious.

2,961,554 points

divided by

3,874

is

765 Points per work unit

Up until last year I was still folding on a P-3 @ 733 stock from Dell. My first computer purchase.
