Yet Another RAM Recommendation

I'm planning to build a new Core 2 Duo PC in the next few weeks. I'm planning to get the E6300 and GA-965P-S3. I can only afford 1GB of ram but I am planning to overclock. It's crazy not to overclock a Core 2 Duo! Anyway, these RAM fit within my budget:

GeIL GX21GB6400DCK 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR2 800 RAM

G.SKILL F2-6400CL5D-1GBNQ 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR2 800 RAM

G.SKILL F2-6400CL5S-1GBNQ 1GB DDR2 800 RAM

So which one should I buy if I want to overclock a bit?

found the 3rd. it's a 1x1gb stick. with a dual channel mobo, you should get ram in pairs, so you can use dual channel. so of the three listed, i'd pick the middle one
