It would seem the fellas at Overclockers Club had mixed feeling about the recently reviewed Xigmatek Elysium case. Apparently the case is plenty big and has good cooling but it has a handful of issues as well.

When you look the support for long video cards and just a massive internal volume, it’s easy to see how this case would be appealing. The top of the case can house not only the single radiator used in my testing, but a dual 120 mm one with no ill effect. I can say that I honestly wouldn’t be buying this case myself at this price point – perhaps at a reduced cost, I might spring for it simply for its large size, though definitely the non-window version. It’s a big case, but it isn’t a big bang for your buck.

why do you guys post a thread, with a link to a hardforum new blurb, that i then have to lick to get to the artical? That has always anoyed me about hardocp, and the forum posts they do.

I heard it was so they can track the amount of hits a news post gets. I'd suspect though there's some way of having a redirect straight through the news post with an optional flag at the end of the address, that way they can get the hit, and allow us to skip the news post. Not sure though, never done much with web authoring.

I wish it didn't inform you it was a xigmatek case with every oppotunity, it makes it look kind of cheap. Which it definately isn't :D

I really like mine, but there are a lot of dumb issues that they could easily have fixed if they had done any sort of testing before release. I think i psid $186 shipped for mine so i dont feel too bad about what i got.
