Is there a Canadian holiday this week or something? XFX support seems to be non-existent.:confused:
 
I have started to notice this with thier support, hence why I switched over to Sapphire HD6970's.
 
If XFX is in the USA, then why did my 6990 I won here on hardforum ship out of Canada ? Plus, the guy that confirmed my shipping was in Canada. My UPS box also has a Canadian address where it shipped from.
 
Don't quite get you, but did you open up a support ticket? They respond to those pretty fast on business days.
 
Yes the card is dead. Yes I filed a support ticket. I've updated the support ticket twice since I filed it.

Your card shipped from Ontario, California, not Ontario, Canada. I am the one who called all of the winners. I work in our California office. Congrats
 
guess i just saw the ontario part that got me :) haha...oh well, ontario canada...california. I was down in the gym with our new 43 recruit firefighters and had just been yelling at one when you called for the shipping info. My life is total confusion right now. . But I have the 6990 in hand :) Another thank you :) I wont bother editing my post, it even gave me a much needed laugh.
