XFX support stopped replying

XFX support has been incredibly slow to respond. First I shipped the card and they didn't tell me for days they had received it. Now they have and told me they would test the card and update the ticket the next morning, but it was never updated. It's been 3 days. Is this normal? Is there anything I should do? Would calling their customer support help expediate this?
