I just received a brand new XFX Video Card as a gift but it was purchased just over 30 days ago by the person who gave it to me. Is there any way to get the full lifetime warranty as I am the original owner technically as it is still sealed.

Also, one of the free games was not provided. How do I go about getting the code for that one?

Not sure about the lifetime warranty question but you will probably have to create an account with XFX, register the card and then there is a place to redeem the game coupon in the support menu.

You can PM the XFXSupport person that visits the forum from time to time about the warranty question but he'll probably want to know if you've done the above first off. Do a search for posts and you'll find him.

Hey Deadwax,

Like Tordogs mentioned, use that link or xfxsupport.com, register the card, and acquire a bill of sale, receipt, or something that shows you are the rightful owner and bought it from a legitimate store front.

With the Registration and receipt, you are covered. a few days out of the 30 day registration will fall into the grace period.
