I was having an issue with my XFX card. I went through their support and after some troubleshooting they granted me an RMA. But now I haven't experienced the problem with my card as of yet, should I still RMA anyway? What if they can't reproduce the issue will they charge me or something?

Anyone else have experience with a case like this?

Keep in mind they will send you back a refurb. I doubt they test every single card for the exact issue that gets reported , it would require to much back end work. They will probably just test it once and do a replacement.

I doubt they will send you back the same card just a refurb like I said. XFX is known for being a good company to buy from warranty wise.

We will not charge you if the problem is not replicated. Depending on the issue they may send the card back or replace it anyway. If they were going to send it back they will contact you beforehand to ask more questions about the problem in an attempt to replicate it. If the problem is not replicated then it usually would not be caused by the card though. Our tests and diagnostics are very good at causing any card to show if it has a problem. Send me a PM with your ticket ID. I can take a look at the problem that you were having and give you my feedback.

This is why XFX rocks :)

XFX warranty is the reason why I've bought my cards from them. I've been fortunate to never have had to warranty any of my cards, but my time is worth too much to not have to hassle over it.

XFX can't be beat in my book for warranty service. And our XFX rep just proved it.

I just received an email yesterday for my 5870 RMA that they had it and will send it to the RMA department. I'm just hoping the turn around time is quick. It's my first RMA with XFX so I have no idea how long they take. Anyone familiar with XFX RMA turn around times? (Roughly.)
