XFX 850w PSU

Nice unit. Looks like XFX is going to make a name for itself in the power supply arms race.
 
I'm glad to see they do like Corsair and go with a solid OEM from the get-go . And a pretty nice showing from the M12D platform.
 
Looks nice. I wonder why I would choose this over the M12D though. They both have 5 year warranties... would XFX perhaps treat you better if you made use of their warranty? Both fans are apparently silent. The only difference seems to be the colour scheme.

There isn't much of a reason to get this over the 850W M12D. This PSU may end up selling for a lower price after a while, and some people might prefer the aesthetics. However, both PSUs are pretty much equally good, so IMO it just comes down to price.
