xfx 680i lt anyone else having problems

just purchased a xfx 680i lt mobo. it posts then about 15 sec later shuts down. there are 2 other lights on the top of the mobo that light up other than the blue power led. as soon as i get to the bios menu it shuts down. no os installed yet because it wont run long enuff.
anyone else here had this issue. i have alreay tried diff cpus, ram, psu,cleared the cmos and changed the cmos battery. i have checked and rechecked all my connnections.i think its just a bad board. anyone else here have this issue.
 
I would RMA if you've checked every component and rechecked it the only possible explanation would be the board is bad.
