Well, I just ran out of activations for my Windows key, I have tried the troubleshooter, resetting activation, tried other machines, Nada, my key is dead. I know that massgrave exists and is very easy, but for moral reasons, I do not want to violate the Microsoft terms, as annoying as I find them. My conclusion, I am finally going to be pushed to Linux fully, instead of the "eh, im gonna switch... (1 week later) yeah I just want Windows" Anyway,

I have a GTX 760 that I use in my secondary PC, but what I have concluded from all the times I have tried Linux is that Nvidia drivers are annoying, but LEGACY Nvidia drivers?? Run. Run away as fast as you can.

I really am just looking for a cheap (>$100) AMD GPU that is preferably GCN based or newer. I'm really not that picky though, just PM me what you have.

What are you looking for as far as water cooling parts?

A complete setup, not picky at all, I'm more interested in seeing what people have that's either old or just kind of not good anymore, something to get started, or, to see if the bug bites me. I need specifically, a pump, radiator, and maybe res or block (although, eBay/AliExpress have pretty cheap blocks.) I do although have plenty of fans

I have an older AIO for older sockets, like AM3. Think I have the 140mm Corsair one. Probably needs water replaced. Also a ton of rads/fittings too. 360mm rad, compression fittings, CPU waterblock. Need to get rid of a bunch of stuff. I would let a majority of it all go. Been thinking about putting up a Box-o-Watercooling stuff.

I have a couple of the original H50's. Debating holding on to one, but I would let the other one go for sure.

The only thing that I really want at the moment is an extreme edition mobile sandy bridge i7.
these are all over eBay. But they are in China.

I only have a Sandy Bridge Quad, and it's in a old Lenovo W530 laptop that I use for working on cars. lol :D

I have a 4GB XFX Radeon RX 6500 XT (RDNA2) as well as a 3GB Radeon RX 5300 OEM. Neither is studly but either would be a welcome improvement over a GTX 760. Let me know if you're interested!

Sounds good, I'll wait for some more offers to come through. Thanks!

I got a super cheap Windows key from a Groupon. I figure it's a Groupon, which lends it an air of legitimacy. If Groupon is scamming keys MS needs to sue them into Oblivion Remastered. Ok, so I'm just being silly with the remastered part.

Alas, no cheap old AMD cards here. If I'd had my head on straight at the time I'd have a 5600XT, but oops no bought a 1660Ti. Needed a "temp card" in fall 2020, wanted a 1660 Super, got to Microcenter and oops out of stock. 1660 Super was cheaper than a 5600XT and good enough for now so fit the bill better. Then last minute oops OOS happened and I just paid a bit more for the 1660Ti. Could have had a 5600XT for about the same $.
