WTB: Windows laptop in the $225 range

Ok, so revising what I am looking for. So now looking for a reasonable laptop for non gaming only. 14" to 15.6" laptop with specs for office use, etc.

Looking at $175 to $225 if possible.

Not a gaming laptop, since it uses whatever Intel's 6th Gen on-die graphics are (HD 520?), but a newer laptop with solid general-use performance for sure.
