Looking for a USB TV Tuner Adapter.

I have a KWorld one, its at my desk in work, but I think its this model LINKY

Havent used it in a few months since I got a TV on my desk, have the box and all the stuff that came with it.
Would let go for $10
 
Does it have to be USB? I have a Silicon Dust HDHR3 networked tuner. $65 shipped.
 
I have the KWorld USB tuner linked above -- works great for me -- (signal via TWC)
