Wtb simple laptop w/dvd

Trying to find a replacement for an elderly grandmother who has an xp era laptop she uses to watch movies. It was slow when it was new. It's near useless now. Anything sandybridge and newer is fine. A working battery is a plus, but hoping to not spend a bunch.
