WTB: Older Mobo + Ram / Socket AM3 (938) compatible

Looking to upgrade my old pc on a tight budget. It would be nice to find someone with older parts looking to get rid of it for a cheap price.

Mobo requirements
Socket AM3 (938) compatible
at least 16 gigs capacity
PCI-e x16

Ram requirements (DDR3)
8 gig sticks

What are you looking to spend?
I can probably get you an entire AMD PC for the price of parts.

Under $100 total, but with 8 gig sticks looking to be around $60 new I'm hoping to find a suitable used mobo.
If not I may just have to stretch my budget a bit as there are brand new micro atx boards on amazon for about $60 that fit my needs, but I'm in no rush.

I'm really hoping to get some old gear sitting in someones closet as my needs seem to be at least 2-3 years behind what people here seem to use.
