Looking for an old android phone for the kids to play with. Carrier technology does not matter (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, CDMA, GSM, etc.) but it must have wifi and a touchscreen. Looking to spend around $40 shipped.

    - My very first Android phone several years ago. It is local carrier locked so only useful as a phone if you live in NW Oklahoma. However it does have Wifi and Bluetooth so it's still handy like an Ipod.

I think I have the original box and manual, but the box wouldn't it inside a USPS small flat rate box
