WTB: Digital Camera with >3.5" LCD

looking for a cheap digital camera with a large LCD (hopefully above 3.5, will settle for 3) Aside from lcd size, no other features matter.

I have a Sony DSC-W330 (red) for $100 shipped.
I bought it new back in Sept for a trip while the PCD in my Samsung camera was getting replaced.
Used it for 2 weeks and its sat since.
Think there is a 1gb SD card in it too...but Id have to check, its a 3.0 inch screen
