Looking for a CPU with integrated GPU (no lag for blu-ray playback: streaming or offline), motherboard with HDMI, DVI, and Displayport, and a good 500w PSU. Trying to stay below a budget of $200 shipped.

Thanks for the replies. I am looking for a motherboard with integrated HDMI (most important), and it also has to have DVI as well.
 
I have an Athlon x4
I wanna say it's a 935? It's a 3ghz quad core socket am2 8gb ddr3 ram and a 400w dynex psu I'd sell as a combo for like 100? All you would need is a motherboard off new egg that fits your needs for around 40-50 bucks
