WTB: cheap mobo/ram/cpu combo for plex server

IF you can't find a good deal here ..
I ran an x79t setup with TrueNAS Core and 64GB of DDR3 ECC RDIMM's for quite awhile ..
x79t
32GB ECC RDIMM's
Intel Xeon E5-2670 V2
all for about $150
You'd need a cheap GPU of some sort (Quadro 400 for about $10 off of ebay)
You could use an M.2 NVMe for a boot drive if you wanted .. I used a 128GB one that I bought for about $10 off of ebay (M.2 SATA didn't work on this motherboard)
I only ran 1080p content though, if that matters..

I have an older 1155 intel brd (missing IO shield) with an i3-2120 CPU for $35 shipping usps
I can swap in a pentium or celeron to save power. (no quick sync on the Pentium or Celeron)

I have a few HP Z230 machines, but shippings probably a killer for them
