WTB: Cheap 5600X+ CPU (AM4 board/CPU for testing FOUND)

My son's computer experienced a arc fault on a circuit recently. The PSU has been replaced but the system won't boot and the CPU code reads 00. Not sure the extent of the damage and would like to obtain cheapo schmeapo board and CPU for component validation if at all possible. Turning to the [H] for support.
 
TTT, had something on hold but seller backed out. Looking for ACAP (as cheap as possible). Under $50, as this is going to be strictly used to test CPU, video card, and RAM.
 
I have a cheapo 1500x I think. You can have it so long as you pay it forward next time someone needs a cheapo CPU to do a bios flash or something.

no board though.
 
TTT, Thanks to Aztlan, he's up and running. X570 suspected dead and 5900X CPU confirmed dead.
RAM, Vidya, and NVME drive in good working order.

Need a 5600X or better CPU, hoping to keep it under 100 if at all possible.
