Built a rig for my daughter who wanted to get into PC gaming last year. I just used an old 970 at the time because GPU prices were insane and I wanted to make sure she would use it. She is using it enough now that I think an upgrade is needed.

If you can budget another $20, I have an EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti FTW3 ULTRA 08G-P5-3667-KL for $220 shipped.
Comes with retail box + accessories. Even put all the cellophane / plastic sheets back on the card so you can go through the pleasure of unwrapping it.
I think I ran undervolted to 0.9V at 2010MHz + 500 on memory (Samsung).
This model requires two 8 pin.
Original owner purchased via EVGA queue.
Warranty Status: In Warranty
Days Left: 313
Can take pictures later today.
Edit: Because it's their top model it's heavier and bigger, 11.23" long

what random e-sports game a teen is likely to play needs more than a 970? That is still a pretty capable 1080p card
