Hopefully a rep will see this, I just got my SP-500 back from RMA (replacement) and within 30 minutes its shaking the case, terribly loud thumping noises coming from it (as if its a bad fan), this is completely worthless. I had to shell out $15 just to send the thing in, and now this ones even worse than the original, and im sure they are going to say "send it in". Well, I dont see how I should have to shell out $15 again, I mean come on. Sorry just ranting, always bothers me when this happens.
 
I don't know if Antec does this but generally when you have to re-RMA something many companies will pay the new shipping label for ya... You should ask about it.

I know BFG does this (my 6800 had some bad memory that led to crashes and the first RMA they sent me was screwed up even during BIOS, so they paid a UPS lable for me to send it in and sent me the 3rd with no wait)... Haven't had to re-RMA something to Antec yet though so idk.
 
I'm curious...
when you RMAed your product, did Antec shipped back to you by Express or ground service? I'm asking because I spoke to an Antec rma customer support yesterday and he told me grounds Only!
I find this ridiculous because every other company I've ever dealt with use 1day Express! I'm trying to solve my problem asap and they're making it impossible for me.
