This is for a friend, he doesnt want the best but something great and he wont put more than 1000$, im pretty sure he will be happy if he can get something good under this. He will play WOW and starcraft 2, I never played these game so i dont know what he needs.

Antec 520C or 620C Power supply
 
as a wow & sc2 player I would say danny's definitely on the right track there. Should be way under budget & massaging can be done after you have a parts list of any small issues.
