Would this case be good for my new setup?

That HEC Case/PSU combo is not a good choice. PSUs that come with cases, generally, are crap or utterly worthless. The exception to this is some Coolermaster combos and Antec cases with Earthwatts PSUs.

Also, NEVER go cheap on a PSU for a gaming rig. Remember that the PSU is the most important part in a PSU since it has to provide correct, reliable and clean power to the system. If a PSU, usually cheap ass ones, doesn't do any of the above, then your system will either be unstable or slowly dying. So don't skimp on the PSU.

Wait a minute, a 8800GTS 640MB? Why not get the faster 8800GTS 512MB or 8800GT 512MB? Either of those cards would be faster than the 8800GTS 640MB. Though if you're getting that card for cheap, no more than $150 IMO, then it's ok.

In any case, I recommend getting this case/PSU combo instead if you want a case/PSU combo:
Antec NSK6580 ATX Case with Antec Earthwatts 430W PSU - $93

Though I highly recommend getting this PSU and any cheap case instead:
Corsair 450VX 450W PSU - $76
