Would I benefit from an upgrade?

Ok, so I know that there are faster systems out there. I am trying to decide if I even need a faster system. I do most of my gaming on my xbox, but I like the option to put a game on the pc with good performance. I am using a 24in monitor 1900x1200. I mostly use my rig for ripping my blurays to my media server and encoding with handbrake for my iPad. I also use Photoshop and play around with video editing, but that is just for fun. If I am really honest I just like have a blinged out system that looks cool. The system is completely disassembled right now which is what is sparking the interest in upgrades.

Some of the pics dont reflect the rig in its most current state before I tore it down.

Specs:
700w Seasonic
Q9950@3.8
8gb Ram
2 x 4870 1gb
2 x 320gb raid 0

Cooling:
2 x MCR320
2 x MCP655 in XSPC res
Heatkiller 3.0 LT
2 x MCW30
2 x MCW60

Would I be better off unloading this system now and using the money for an upgrade?

Would I see any real world performance increase for what I do?

At a minimum I am getting a 120gb SSD with a 300gb VR scratch drive and a new GFX card 6950 2gb or something similar. I am also thinking about going with a XSPC 480 or splitting the loop and going 2 x 240s. I 240 rad for cpu and the other 240 rad for gfx card and motherbard.

Well, let me know what you guys think.

What games do you want to play?

For games like BF3 and Skyrim, you should see an improvement with an Ivy Bridge setup.
