I don't want to violate the rules.
I did not find any reference specifically to this in the rules.

There are PC games that require the CD or DVD to be placed in the optical drive while playing the game.
Some users find this limitation annoying.

There is a web site that offers a solution for many games.
It is not a keygen.
It is only an executable that replaces the game .exe, after the user has installed and activated the game.

Question:
Are discussions about this web site allowed?
I mean if there is a question posted and I can answer the question by suggesting the use of this web site, is that OK?
Thanks

AFAIK No.

Are you a mod?
I'm sorry I don't know how to tell if you are or not.

probably not as its, in most cases, violating the DMCA.

besides, I'm sure 99% of the board knows of the website you're refering to, so if you have a question, you might be able to ask it in a round about way.

So you say no? But that is still a .exe crack to make the game run without the cd in. If that happens then we should just start posting trial reset cracks, etc also.

Don't get me wrong i hate using a dvd or cd just as much as the next guy. But we will wait and see what they have to say.........

Good Day

Not a mod. However I've spent enough time here on the forums to know what subjects are and are not allowed.
