Well it's a couple years old and it's mostly a gaming PC.I've been out of the loop for a bit.Has technology passed me by.Am i outdated,could i see a significant performance increase in upgrading anything?

Unless you're playing BC2, GT4, ME2, FC2, SupCom2, or WiC a whole lot and not getting the FPS you want, you're fine in the CPU department for now.

In the GPU department, is your GTX 260 not meeting your needs anymore?
