The graphics and sound are trash, clearly, but it looks functional if a little boring. Trolls on Treasure Island on the NES (unlicensed) is a lot more terrible. Note the scrolling 'press only up and down', because the left to right motion is automatic and unavoidable.



Also note that even the main character is saying 'please no more' at the top of the screen. As if they'd rather be turned off than forced to run back and forth playing this terrible game.
