woot off

As it's been down for over a half hour now, I think I will update my OS, start up some torrents and get to bed.

Is it me or is it still down?
Its you!

Damn that evil monkey... I swear I really have one in my closet! At least I think so... Could just be a big rat

It's because retards are using the Reload Every extension for Firefox and have it set to 5 seconds. It consumes too much bandwidth and makes me sad. :(

its a lot better than it used to be... its been a while since the site went down like this though, so i dont know what you mean by happens too much

I think its crashed almost every time ive been watching a wootoff.

Yea, site's back for me too.

Those ear buds are going to be around for quite some time. 54% left still.:(

I'm actually looking for a radio clock. One that doesn't look like balls and has ability to set wake times for each day of the week (different).

$50 is a bit steep, especially since I don't even have an iPod, but this isn't too bad, wonder if it has a audio out jack. heh.

Belkin is a good deal. Lowest on Pricegrabber is $94 shipped.

Are you ready for a piece of technology that will not change your life? Are you prepared for a wireless card that will not change the way you think about wireless networking forever? Wireless networking doesn’t take a bold new leap forward with the Belkin Wireless Pre-N Desktop Network Card. Once you’ve used it, everything will ever be the same, ever again.

Woot makes me lulz.

Bought 3 of those suckers, 12 64mb memory sticks for $5.03 sounds good enough. :)

now you know things are bad when the price is a penny and they don't sell out immediately

woot offs are good if you like buying refurbed crap that nobody wants. I'd rather shop at Kmart for some new disco balls.

Why does this always happen at the worst time for me? I was completely booked yesterday so I didn't even notice until now, and my day today isn't much better. :( :(

It took this MP3 player 4 minutes to get down to a sliver of the bar left, and now it has been 20 minutes without it selling out? What gives?

Nice insightful cross post on the anandtech forums.

The Zen V 2GB for $25 looks like a great deal especially to me considering I paid $200 for my 4GB about a year and a half ago.

Edit: VVV yeah people always complain about how crappy the woot servers are... but they get a ton of traffic on woot-offs. I wanna see what their user traffic is on days like these.

Wow.. woot's servers must really be taking a hammering. The weatherstation thing has come and gone twice now, form what i've seen. now getting "Server Too Busy".
