With all the hype of the 8 and 3 series cards performance and configs etc allowing them to play with dx10 visuals at dx9 performance. Well I wanted to show that the 7 series cards can do that as well, but with dx9 visuals with dx 10 performance. Here are some screenshots to prove, that you don't need next gen hardware for last gen performance :p

I played in a 32 person server on the Power Struggle map Mesa.

7950gt at 1280x960 with all in-game settings to high.

Outside the base, looking for a truck to drive, 16.5 fps!

Driving my truck to the prototype factory, 17 fps!

My truck landed in the water, so I had to run to the factory, still 17 fps!

Thanks for looking.

Disclaimer: This entire post was sarcasm, the game runs like shit at these settings;)

AWESOME. Looks like its finally time to break out my X1300. I've been waiting for a game to take me into single digit fps. With a bit of tweaking i may be able to underclock the card too. Now if only my pentium 3 500 mobo had a pci-e slot. :D

love all the screen shots of no action... oh wait... rendering stars, and sky netted you 16FPS...lmfao

FAIL??!?!?

hey if it helps, i get the same frames with my crossfire rig because the game has a bug where one of the card throttles back to 2d speeds and it becomes slower than a single card. yay for spending lots of money!
