Wireless Router Recommendation !

Moving to a new house and most of it is wired. I need something that would cover a 3 story house + front/backyard if possible. All of these features are great and i'm sure I will not use half of them, so willing to trade most of them for reliability and reasonable coverage.

You don't need a router, you need access points. One per floor would probably do; or one on the top floor, and one each front and back on the bottom floor. Hard to be sure given the number of variables, but I can tell you that trying to cover all of that with one device will result in pain :).
