WinXP Media Center Edition Error

I keep getting this error on my work laptop.

"Broadcom Secure Foundation (TM) TPM Status Indication Applet" 'An Security Platform Services Connection Failed (Oxe0283103)

Followed by

"Broadcom Security Platform Personal Secure Drive" 'The intilization of the PSD access failed - this may be because the TPM comonent on your PC is disabled, unistalled or not functioning correctly'

Anyone ever seen this? This is the first time I've ever seen this error on my laptop before...

Any ideas?

Does your mobo have some Broadcom devices for security built in?
Did you install the drivers for the devices?

Yup it does and yes they were installed...... I formated my drive tonight and deleted some weird partition.... I'm guessing that is what it was....

I just now unistalled the the Broadcom driver and have not received that error message since... Weird.. I just wonder what that is for.....?
