Windows XP 640x480...how?

How can I get Windows XP to run in 640x480? I am using this box to run HTPC software and from time to times, I want to do some other things. The TV out on my Rage Pro Fury and my TV just doesn't handle 800x600 to clearly. Is there any way to enable the lower resolution on the display properties page?
