If it is from a MSDN sub they can tell who it is and take care of it. Let MS know.
 
if you dont get your key with a hologram seal its not authentic. basically, you cant buy just keys alone unless you get them from microsoft themselves. period. this is 99.9% most likely illegal. this same type of thread has came up at least once a week for awhile now.
 
I gave it a shot (figured I pay $4/mo for "fraud protection," and came up empty handed. "Card was declined." 2 card, with plenty of room, so not a limit issue. Meh.
 
I got an email from the guy 2 days later saying google checkout has denied payments to him and I need to paypal him the 24.99 I just laughed at him and said google hasn't refunded me money so whatever and he emails me back apologizing.. I'm sure he gets a few knobs who double pay him.
